PLAYING WITH CLOTHES

¡Hola familia!

En la clase de inglés nos encantar cantar y bailar como mejor medio para aprender y disfrutar; es por ello que aprovechando que estamos dando el invierno y ya conocemos el vocabulario de la ropa, jugamos a repasar la canción put on your mediante el juego "Stand Up".

Primero la seño iba diciendo el vocabulario uno a uno para ver si lo reconoce teniendo que coger la paleta que se haya nombrado. Luego aprendemos que tenemos que levantarla cuando esta aparezca en la cancion y por último solo nos queda repetirlo y divertirnos cantando.

¡Es muy divertido!

Hello family!
In our english class we love singing and dancing with the aim of learning and enjoying at the same time; for that reason as we are learning the season Winter and we have already learnt the vocabulary about clothes, we can play in order to review the song "put on your" through the game "Stand Up". 

First, the teacher tells the vocabulary to everyone to check if they remember it. If the know it they have to take the object she says.Then we learn that we need to stand the object up when the song names it and to finish we only need to repeet and enjoy singing.

It's very funny!!

FARM ANIMALS WHEEL

¡Hola a todos! 

Hoy nos gustaría compartir con vosotros esta actividad que realizamos los alumnos de 1º de Primaria el pasado viernes en la clase de inglés.

En esta actividad utilizamos un material recortable de nuestro libro de inglés que consistía en dos círculos de papel que recortamos y unimos con un encuadernador para así crear una ruleta con imágenes del vocabulario de la unidad, los animales de la granja. 

Como podéis ver en el vídeo, girábamos la ruleta hasta que encontrábamos la imagen del vocabulario de la unidad que nos indicaba nuestro compañero Hugo y cuando lo encontrábamos, levantábamos la ruleta para que todos vean lo bien que nos sabemos el vocabulario.  ¡Nos encantan estas actividades que a la vez nos sirven para repasar el vocabulario! 😃

Hello everyone! 

Today we would like to share with you this activity that students in the 1st level of Primary Education did last Friday in the English lesson.

In this activity, we used a cut-out material from our English class book which consisted of two circles that we had to cut out and stick together using a bookbinder so that we could create a wheel with pictures of the vocabulary of the unit we are studying, farm animals.

As you can see on the video, we spinned the wheel until we could find the picture of the farm animal that our schoolmate Hugo was telling us and when we found it, we held it up so that everyone could see how well we know the vocabulary of this unit. We love these activities which are also great to review vocabulary! 😃

WE ARE GARDENERS

¡¡Hola a todos!!😊

En la clase de Natural Science en 1º de Primaria estamos aprendiendo todo sobre las plantas. En primer lugar, aprendimos que son seres vivos como nosotros y después investigamos sobre las cosas que necesitan para poder vivir.

Después de conocer esta información, nos hemos convertido en jardineros y hemos plantado nuestras propias semillas utilizando envases de yogures, legumbres, tierra y agua.

Por último, hemos puesto las plantas cerca de la ventana para que puedan recibir la luz del sol. ¡Ahora tenemos que cuidarlas y regarlas para que crezcan bien!

In Natural Science the class 1st Primary is studying all about plants. First, we learnt they are living things as we are and then we investigated about what plants need to be able to live.

After we have acquired the new information, we became gardeners so we planted our own seeds making use of yoghurt containers, soil, water, lentils and beans.

To finish, we put the plants near to the window so they can use the sunlight to live. Now it is our turn to take care of them so they can grow!
